A few weeks ago, Walmart posted a major announcement on its website: the company and its suppliers have removed 37 million pounds of toxic chemicals from the products it sells!

Walmart recently stated that, between 2017 to 2020, it achieved a 17% reduction in its footprint of “priority chemicals,” which equates to the removal of 36.5 million pounds of toxic chemicals from private-label and brand-name products in the U.S.
